My order was lost and significantly delayed. Upon my email notification I was treated poorly. Customer service and delivery reliability is sorely lacking.
Hi Rick, you claimed you paid for expedited shipping and ordered a month ago which both were false and demanded in ALL CAPS for a refund for your expedited shipping. Our customer support explained you paid for free shipping and it was 10 days out while the order was already reaching its destination. We provided a solution but kept it short because the customer was still being rude even when corrected. Your claim of us being rude is once again false. Our customers are all very friendly and understanding so it's a rare occurrence to deal with rude customers.

I don't see any expedited shipping you paid for and it shows the order was made Jan 21st. I'm looking at the order and it shows it's being delivered today.
I'm giving it a 5 Star rating because the conditioner and mud are probably the best that I've used. My only complaint is the delivery took a bit longer than expected.
Worked beautifully! I saw a lower star review that said it was gritty, but it’s supposed to be. It opened up the the leather and gave it a nice dark color.
The mud was decent execpt it was sorta sandy, i followed all the steps to prep my football but it didnt turn out the right way
